QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL

At Darin Steel, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) are integrated throughout the production process to ensure consistent quality and compliance with international standards. Our qualified QC team conducts continuous inspection and testing from raw materials and steelmaking through rolling, final inspection, and product release.

Our Chemical and Physical/Mechanical Laboratories perform comprehensive tests, including:

• Chemical Analysis – verification of the steel’s chemical composition and required elements.
• Tensile Test – determination of yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation to verify mechanical performance and ductility.
• Bend Test – evaluation of the rebar’s ductility and resistance to cracking during bending.
• Section Weight / Mass per Meter – verification of the rebar’s actual weight against the specified requirements.
• Rib Geometry Inspection – measurement and verification of rib height, rib spacing, and deformation geometry to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
